A cancellation in your unit costs what it costs; the calculator works it out from your own numbers.
Questions
- Do patients pay anything?
- No. Patients never pay and never create an account.
- What happens during the pilot?
- Design partners pay nothing while we run the pilot together. Before any patient is added we sign a data processing agreement with your hospital. You record cancellations and their reasons for three months before and after, so we can both see whether it made a difference.
- How do we pay after the pilot?
- Monthly in Pakistani rupees, by bank transfer (IBFT) against an invoice. There is no card on file and no automatic charge. Prices are shown before any tax that applies.
- Do we need to connect it to our hospital system?
- No. Staff add patients on the dashboard. The Practice plan adds import by CSV, and the Hospital plan adds HL7 v2 or FHIR integration so cases arrive from your scheduling system for staff to confirm.
- How do patients get the link?
- By email, by WhatsApp where the deployment has it switched on, or by scanning a QR code on the clinic computer. The link works on any phone browser.
- Where is patient data kept?
- In a Supabase database in the region your contract names, with email, WhatsApp and AI providers listed on the compliance page. Pakistan has no data protection statute in force yet; the compliance page says what that means and what we do anyway.
- Can we leave?
- Yes, at the end of any month. The surgeon who owns the practice account can export everything, including the audit trail, from the dashboard at any time.
