Built by a doctor who watched lists fall apart on the morning of surgery.

I grew up in Oxford, Mississippi, and studied pharmaceutical sciences at the University of Mississippi before moving to Abbottabad in 2021 to study medicine at Ayub Medical College. I finished my MBBS in 2026. I am training towards adult cardiothoracic and thoracic surgery.

Through surgical rotations at Ayub Teaching Hospital I saw the same thing many times. A patient is told in a busy clinic what to do before their operation. Weeks pass. On the morning of the list, the team finds out the blood thinner was never stopped, or was stopped when it should not have been, the CBC was never done, or the patient ate breakfast. The case is cancelled and the slot is lost.

Nobody in that story is careless. The instruction was given once, verbally, alongside everything else, and nobody had a way to check on it before the day.

SynaptoFlow is that check: a short list of questions in the language the patient reads, the answers in front of the team days before the list, and a record nobody can quietly change afterwards.

It is early. There are no users yet, SynaptoNex is not yet incorporated, and the first job is to find out with real surgical units whether this makes a difference. If you run a list and lose cases to preparation problems, I would like to hear from you.
